The minimum entry age is 16, and you need average English language skills in reading, writing and speaking. With your application you send a completed application form, academic documents and transcripts, a resume, a copy of your passport, a photograph, a statement of purpose and an experience or employment letter.
Five units: using food and nutrition information to plan a healthy diet; young children's development; safeguarding the welfare of children and young people; the importance of play for early learning; and respecting and valuing children. The units carry between two and six credits each.
Study is fully online through the learning platform, with live interactive lectures, recorded sessions you can watch offline, seminars and workshops, and an online library. Assessment is by assignments submitted for each module. The experience is mentor-led and built so you can study without a career break.
